This policy explains what information Knock It Out LLC collects through this website, how it's used, and how it's stored. It covers this site only.
Information We Collect
We only collect what you submit directly through our estimate and contact forms: your name, phone number and/or email address, the type of job (if selected), and the project details you provide. We don't collect any information you don't choose to give us.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and follow up about your project. We don't use it for anything beyond that, and we don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
How We Store It
Submitted form data is stored securely in a Cloudflare D1 database. We take reasonable steps to protect this information, but no online storage method is perfectly secure. We keep submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our own internal records, and remove it when it's no longer needed.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. Any updates will be posted on this page.
