Estimates Are Not Final Agreements
Submitting an estimate request does not create a contract. Project scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed directly with you before any work begins, and may change once we've had a closer look at the job.
Qualified Partners
Some work — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other licensed trades — is coordinated through qualified, licensed partners rather than performed directly by Knock It Out. We remain your single point of contact for that work, but it may be governed by separate terms with the partner performing it.
Service Availability
Service area and scheduling are subject to availability and may change. Listing a service or town on this site does not guarantee availability for every request.

The content, branding, and design of this site belong to Knock It Out LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
